Now that Thanksgiving has been celebrated we are getting ready for Christmas. Even though there are twenty-four days to prepare, it never seems like enough time. We refuse to start until after Thanksgiving and a few decorations are put up on Black Friday - some lights and such.

Beading and reading

Trying to get a handle on this blogging thing. Mostly have been spending time beading and reading. The Guardians of Ga'hoole series is one of my favorites this year. Then along came Dan Santat with a new graphic novel and I'm a confirmed follower! Was also introduced to Bones this year. There are so many authors out there. I encourage each and every one of them.

The two boys ages eight and nine are paralyzed from the waist down and their sister who is six has been released from the hospital with a broken arm and leg.
